Brownie In A Mug Recipe 

By following my recipe for a 1 Minute Microwave Mug Brownie, you can quickly and easily enjoy a chocolatey brownie that is served in a mug sized amount.

– 4 tablespoons  (1 ¼oz/35g) all-purpose flour – 3 - 4 tablespoons  (1oz/28g) * unsweetened cocoa powder – 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar – pinch of salt – 6 tablespoons (3floz/90ml) milk – 2 tablespoons flavorless oil (canola oil/vegetable oil/sunflower oil) – ½ teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 tablespoon semi-sweet chocolate chip

Combine the flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, and salt in a medium microwaveable mug (about one cup).

Pour the milk, oil, and vanilla essence into the dry ingredients and stir to combine them into a batter.

Add the chocolate chunks and stir. (If you wish to store them in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours instead of cooking them off right away.)

It should rise and not look damp after 1 minute 40–50 seconds in the microwave. You may need to adjust timing based on my 1200W microwave.
