Cheesecake Brownies Recipe 

A simple cheesecake topping adds a gourmet touch to these inventive brownies, which are made from a box mix.

Brownie Mix: – 1 (18.25 ounce) package brownie mix – 3 tablespoons water – ½ cup vegetable oil – 2 large egg Cheesecake Topping: – 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese – 1 large egg – ⅓ cup white sugar

Turn the oven on to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Grease a pan that measures 9 by 13 inches.

Stir brownie mix, water, oil, and eggs in a medium bowl until completely blended. Put evenly in the pan.

Make cheesecake topping: Mix cream cheese, egg, and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth. Drop cream cheese mixture on brownie batter. Stir with a knife or skewer.
