Nutella Brownies Recipe

– 1 and 1/4 cups (350g) Nutella, microwaved until runny - about 30 second
– 2 large eggs + 1 large egg yolk, room temperature
– 1/2 cup (62g) plain/all-purpose flour
– 1/4 teaspoon salt, optional

Turn the oven on to 180°C (350°F) or Gas 4. Place parchment paper into an 8 x 8-inch square baking pan and set it aside.

Beat the eggs and Nutella together in a sizable mixing basin until well blended.

It is necessary to integrate the flour and salt by folding them in until they are entirely incorporated.

Bake the mixture for 20–25 minutes, or until the middle is no longer jiggly and a toothpick inserted comes out almost clean with a few moist crumbs.
