90 Second Microwavable Zero Carb Keto Bread: Low-carb, paleo, and keto dieters will appreciate this keto bread recipe. It’s so soft, fluffy, and delicious you won’t think it’s keto. Made in 90 seconds in the microwave!

For breakfast or lunch sandwiches, grilled cheese, or egg and bacon sandwiches, this bread is great. It stays soft and holds up well, especially when toasted. Small microwave-safe bowls or big ramekins work for me. For grilled cheese, use a small square sandwich container.


  • 3 tablespoons almond flouror 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon butteror oil
  • 1 medium/large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon double acting baking powder

90 Second Microwavable Low Carb Keto Bread


  • Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl or ramekin. Add the almond flour, egg and baking powder to the butter. Beat with a fork until completely mix.
  • Microwave for about 90 seconds, until firm. Run a knife along the edge and flip over a plate to release. Slice in half, then toast in the toaster or in a skillet. 
  • To Bake: Preheat oven to 375 F. Bake in a ramekin for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through. 

To Bake in Oven: Use a ramekin and bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
