  • One cup of flour for all purposes
  • Half a cup of white sugar
  • Half a cup of brown sugar

  • Six tablespoons of unsalted butter, previously chilled and then cut into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup of water that is boiling

The directions

  • Heat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius).
  • Peaches, a quarter cup of white sugar, a quarter cup of brown sugar, a quarter teaspoon of cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and cornflour should be mixed together in a large bowl.
  • After tossing to ensure an even coating, pour the mixture into a baking dish that has a capacity of 2 quarts.
