INGREDIENTS FOR ROASTED RACK OF PORK
- Few ingredients are listed besides the pork rib roast.
- My favourite meat seasoning, Montreal Beef Seasoning, and the vegetables for the bottom of the pan are here for the roasted rack of pork.
- Rub crushed garlic and extra virgin olive oil on meat. Sprinkle Montreal Beef Seasoning or Sea Salt and Cracked Black Pepper generously.
- I use stone ground mustard with my rack of pork, but Dijon mustard or olive oil can be used.
- Top the roast with Dijon or Stone Ground Mustard. Sprinkle Montreal Beef Seasoning liberally.

- In the bottom of your roasting pan, place rough-cut onion, celery, and carrots (skins and leaves).
